I have sent a link to a new colleague to sign up to Trello as we use it for organisation in the business. This has been used to set up his new Trello account, but Gold hasn't been activated on my account. I have changed my username recently and wondered if this was the issue. Can anyone help?

If you go to https://trello.com/recommend, does it reflect there that anyone joined on your recommendation? If so, that page'll include a link where you can activate the free Gold.
