How can i get a dashboard view of all the lists/Cards from different different boards ?

We had multiple boards in place and need to have a setup something like a Master board where we can see the all the projects (Lists, Cards) in one board.

I have checked the Unito powerup which brings this possibility but not sure if there are any cheaper options available, or we could do this setup without any powerup?

Hi @Sai ! Does your consolidated view need to be in the board format? Trello does offer workspace views where you can see cards from many boards in a single view. You can visualize this in a tabular format, or a calendar format.

If you're set on having your consolidated view as a board, there's no way to achieve this right now without a power-up. Unito (their board sync PU) would be the best option IMO as it allows you to sync cards automatically based on the conditions you set plus you can sync all elements in the card (comments, attachments, custom fields, etc.). I believe it starts at $10 p/mo which allows you to sync 100 cards with unlimited changes.

I use a power up called Placker.
It has a Mirror function.
You choose a card in any Board, mirror it to the Master Board (need to create the Master Board first), tell it in which list to put it in the Master Board and if you use the same Laben and that’s it.
The good thing is that if you make a change in either one of the two cards, it reflects that change also on the other card.
It works like a charm.
Hope it helps!

Hi, Sai. Here at work we have made a lot of progress using the Dashcards powerup, I think it's free.

With this powerup you are able to "track" a lot of information from all your boards. You can "track" with filters like due dates, members, labels, specific boards, specific lists, specific card etc.

For exemple, we have something like 30 boards on our workspace and we managed to set a dashboard (something like a Master Board") with information from all of that.Capturar.PNG

In this print, each list represent a specific board. Here we can track all we need.

Thanks a lot! that was super helpful :)
