How can I see who created/updated a checklist action

Hi My client has taken over a large trello board form a colleague and is keen to identify for some cards who has added or updated a checklist action so that he can go back to them for clarification. Great isf someone can advise how to do this.

We are using Trello premoum

The activity section records the activities taken for the card. The first activity will show who created or added the card. If it is via automation it will be id of the member who created the automation.

Hi Thanks for the information. I was aware of the card creation being tracked. I am also aware that when action is ticked as complete this is tracked.

But what I cannot see is anywhere the details of who added or changed a checklist action can be found. Any insights much appreciated.

I remember reading somewhere that certain user actions are how displayed in Activity.
