How can I remove and admin user?

The only admin user on our board has left the company and needs to be removed. I also need to now become an admin and add 1 other user as admin - how can this be done if I am not currently an admin user?

That is obviously not possible. May I ask if you have acces to the server and or database? This might be your last resort then.
