How can I remove an administrator who is no longer with the organization I work for?

I work for an organization known as the relationship foundation. Recently, one of our administrators left our organization for a different opportunity. However, they were the sole administrator of the trello account. Is it possible to create a new administrator and remove this person who is no longer with us from trello? Thank you in advance.

Do you have a paid workspace?  For free workspaces, any member of the workspace is an admin.  If you have a paid account, and you can't get the other person to make you an admin, then you might need to move the boards to a new workspace.
