We are no longer allowed to use Trello at our company. How can I delete all of our boards and remove them permanently?
Sad to hear.
There's no 'delete all boards' button. You have to delete all boards manually one by one.
Another option is to 'Delete team'. In this case all boards won't be deleted but will be moved to your personal boards.
In both cases you have to delete each and every board by hands.
How to delete a board:
From '... Menu' select 'Close board' and after having closed click 'Permanently delete board'.
That's it!

Hi @Jeff ,
If you can access your account related with those boards then visit this link and follow the steps after log in from that account https://help.trello.com/article/749-deleting-your-trello-account
and if you don't have access to the account I don't think it will be possible but you can contact Trello directly from visiting https://help.trello.com/article/749-deleting-your-trello-account
and then click Ask Trello Support.
