How can I add my company details so it apears on the invoice I receive ?

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.
If you go to the billing page for that Workspace (under "Workspace Settings" in the sidebar), there's a place where you can add details to be included in the invoice.
Here's how you get to the billing page:
