How can I access boards connected to an inactive email address?

My Trello was recently set to view only because it turns out one of my old accounts with an employer I no longer work with hosts a board with more than ten members. I'd like to find a way to merge all three of my trello accounts into one and then look into the paid plan options from there. Any guidance on how to do this? The one with the boards I actually use is an inactive email address, so when Trello sends it a confirmation email when I try to log into that account, I'm stuck.

Hello, Brooking!

I believe the best option here would be to start a new workspace and make a copy of all the boards you need for this new one. Trello currently doesn't have a way to merge accounts. You would need to be able to log in on these accounts to make the necessary changes, so this workaround, I believe, would allow you to reorganize in a much easier way.

You can check the documentation below about it

Copying cards, lists, or boards

notice that if you are able to still log on to the accounts that you are an admin you can even transfer the board to the workspace
