Highlight new Comments in Cards

Is there a way to have new comments on a card highlighted? Whenever there is a notification-bell on a card it is hard to see what exactly was added/is new on a card. It would help tremendously, if there was like a highlighted background for new comments or other additions.

Hi Felix, welcome to the Atlassian Community!

While this feature isn't visible when opening the card directly, you can find the comments highlighted by accessing the card from the notifications at the top of the screen.

Your suggested solution works, but is somehow unintuitive for me, as I don't have the activity log open all time (which also is kinda annoying, because it doesn't stay open when reloading).
Is there something like a suggestion box for possible new features?
