Help Trello Outlook Calendar Integration

I have helped several coworkers link the Trello calendars to their Microsoft Outlook calendars using this set of instructions https://help.trello.com/article/1064-using-trello-with-microsoft-outlook

However, 2 coworkers have the option "From Internet" grayed out in their Outlook and so cannot link the calendar. Does anyone know why or how to have this un grayed?
