Have the same Board View for different members

HI,

We have several key members in our team that require to have the same view for all the stared boards (so when there is a team review, they are all looking at the same priority order) We need to keep users with separate accounts so having one account for all is not a viable solution. Yes, we could talk constantly and reorder them manually but in a fast paced business like ours where we have the teams spread out over the world, automation always is the best solution. Does anybody know of a way to do this?

EXAMPLE

KEY MEMBER A VIEW

PROJECT A | PROJECT B | PROJECT C

 KEY MEMBER B VIEW

PROJECT A | PROJECT B | PROJECT C

KEY MEMBER A CHANGES ORDER OF PROJECT C AS IT BECAME A PRIORITY, THEN KEY MEMBER B SEES THE SAME ORDER RIGHT AWAY.

Thanks!

Hi there,

right now, the starred boards are only available on a per-account basis, so every user can star/unstar and also rearrange the boards according to their preference.

You can check out Collections - This feature allows you to group several boards in Business Class: http://help.trello.com/article/1004-creating-collections-for-business-class-teams

Maybe this is helpful. In regards to sorting boards, you might want to see if changing the board title is an option to sort the boards accordingly.
