Has anyone got billed the wrong amount and was able to get a refund from Trello?

The day my auto renew was do I went and changed the number of users. However they still charged me for 4 users I year after two. Has anyone had something similar happen? If you did, were you able to get a refund? Thanks!!

  1. I ma not sure if you have checked here or not, if not, could you please check here - ?
  2.  I presume you can go head to this page  - and post the issue details with billing to support.
