Grant "public" access to the board while ensuring that only individuals with the link can see it ?

I would like to achieve the same goal as Nason, but I am unable to invite the necessary individuals to view the board. Despite my efforts to persuade them to join me on Trello, I have been unsuccessful. However, I still wish to utilize this platform to share information about specific projects. My aim is to grant "public" access to the board while ensuring that only individuals with the link can view it.

How can I accomplish this?

Public access is what it says, public.  While I'm sure it doesn't show up in any search, it would be possible to find if you try hard enough.

I recommend you look into external share powerup

This will give you the ability to share with controls over the link. You can even set different visibility levels for different users.  It's really cool, give it a try...
