Free Workspace less than 10 collaborator

Hello, 

I have reduced the board members to less than 10 on a free workspace, it is on view only. I'm unable to edit or add to the board. 

Please let me know why this is.

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

The collaborator limit applies to the entire Workspace, so while there may be fewer than 10 members on the board that you're a member of within that Workspace, there may still be more boards in the Workspace with more members. If that's the case, the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or upgrade the Workspace.
