Hello!

I would like to be able to export the same image format that I upload. Specifically .jpg. Right now it exports as .jfif.

Kind regards, Petter Larsson

Hey @petterlarsson - not 100% sure what you mean by this! Can you elaborate on the issue you're facing?

Are you saying that you're trying to download an attachment you've uploaded to Trello as a .jpg, but when you download it, it's being downloaded as a .jfif?

Yes, that is correct.

@petterlarsson - that's very strange! I am unable to replicate that behaviour.

I have gone ahead and raised a support ticket for you so our team can investigate over at Trello Support, you should've received an email about it. Your ticket is TRELLO-143191 - can you reply to the ticket via email once one of our engineers gets onto your case?

You'll receive same day support as a Premium subscriber.
