Example CSV export for Business Class users

I can't find an example of what the export looks like, though. Is it similar to the export provided by this unofficial Chrome extension?

Hey Alex

Here's a sample CSV Export.  It has everything that would always be included, however Custom Fields were included in the export after this example was generated, so you'd expect Custom Fields to be in there as well.
