Hi Gerardo, welcome to the Community!

Take in mind that when you upgrade Trello, you upgrade a Workspace and not the account.

We don’t have a great way to transfer the subscription from one Workspace to another, but we can definitely help cancel and refund the subscription on the wrong Workspace if you’d like. After that, you can upgrade the correct Workspace when you’re ready.

Alternatively, you could transfer boards from one Workspace to another if that would be easier or better suit your needs: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/moving-a-board-to-a-different-workspace/

All users are welcome to raise questions about billing with us at any time. You can do this at  

 - scroll down to the contact form and on the dropdown titled 'What can we help you with?', select 'Billing'. If you raise a ticket, we'll be able to refund and cancel your subscription on the wrong workspace, so you can then upgrade the workspace of your choosing.
