Hi Everyone, I'm Emmanuel Katto,
A friend is unable to access her account because the verification code is sent to an email address she no longer has access to. We've attempted to send the password reset to a new email she created, but the code did not arrive.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? What steps can be taken to change the login email under these circumstances? Are there specific procedures or support channels that can assist in recovering the account or updating the email address without access to the old email?

Right now, the only way to regain access to the account is to access the email address currently associated with it. Unfortunately, we're unable to remove the verification without the email access
We have an open feature request for adding another way of recovering the account, you can leave your comment and upvote on that one
