we added Due Dates and notifications to our Trello cards but we don't get any e-mail reminder. Does this only work in the paid version? We use the free version.

Hey Christina,
In order to receive those notifications, you'll need to either assign yourself to the card or "watch" the board. If you want to watch the board, you can do this by going to "Show Menu > More > Watch". Once you've activated this , you'll receive notifications based on the due date reminder that you set on cards for that board.
