Most people are reasonable.  We understand that things happen beyond our control.  Ignoring customers, however, is the worst insult.  Say something!

I'm assuming you've been hit with the Trello outage, which you can track and get updates about at https://status.atlassian.com

The community here can't tell you more than that - most of us are not Atlassians (although there are plenty of Atlassians active here)
