I have a Business class account. I am also a member of another teams business class account, with the same email address. When I log in to trello via Atlassian, I can no longer use the Butler add on that I was once able to use when I was not managed under Atlassian. Any suggestions?
We'd expect Butler to be available for all users on all of their boards. Would you mind reaching out to trello.com/contact with a screenshot of what you see, when trying to locate Butler on the board along with a link to the board where this happens? Thanks.
Thanks for the reply. I will do that now. I even created a new "free user" account and joined the 2nd team business class account under the new user, and butler is not functioning properly. We have it set up to apply checklists when the card is moved from list to list but it does not work. It looks like Butler is "broken".
