Hello,
I am trying to add a user that has the same email as an older account that has been deleted. When ever attempting to the new user it keeps auto updating the account info to the deleted account. Is there a way to make this happen or will I need to create a second email for my user?

You should create a new email account for your user. It's terrible practice to re-use email addresses for different people (technically, illegal in a lot of industries and countries)
