Dear community,
we have a tricky issue with some of our trello boards.
An employee created 2-3 boards as admin a few years ago. As he isn't working for us anymore, his Google email-address was also deactivated. But as he used Google as login, he can't login into trello to delete the boards. We therefore are stuck with a few boards where the admin can't login anymore.
Is there any way to delete an old board in this situation? Thank you in advance and best regards!
I'd just copy the board and then leave the old one OR if you don't want it anymore, just leave the old one. The other guy can't login anymore either so no-one will be able to access them anyway.
If they are in a workspace that you control, you can upgrade the workspace to Business Class, or you could create a new workspace, move everything over, and abandon the old one.
