De-Activated Trello but Still Getting Charged

Hi All,

 

I have de-activated Trello but today I got charged 755 CAD. I am not using it at all and I would like to get a refund. How can I do that?

@Baris Raday you'll need to reach out to trello.com/contact and report a bug and then explain the situation. Let me know if you're unable to do that and I can click a button to escalate this to support
