Hi Jorge,
Dashcard power-up when enabled on a board allows any member on the board to add a dash card and it shows on that card who created it, but we don't have an option to change the owner of those cards.
If you want to edit the filters on the dashcards there is an option to edit and explore and when you click on it allows you to edit filters. please refer to the screenshot attached.
