We have a cross/multi platform tool and have started to add Trello.
In order to match users across the multiple platforms we match on email address. What are the scopes/permissions necessary in order to obtain the email addresses of members of an organisation.
We can currently obtain the members, but the email address is null... I imagine as part of GDPR/privacy requirements... We previously had a similar issue with Jira Cloud (another Atlassian product) and went through a process to obtain access to email addresses. What is the process for Trello?
Correct, as Trello accounts are owned by the relevant users themselves, we do not make the registered email addresses available to other users. You can still search for them in the UI (when adding a member to a board or team) and we'll provide the matching user.
