Create card with auto description

Hi everone, 

I would like to create cards with the previously configured description, that is, when i click + Add another card, this card should already appear with an information in its description field. It's possible? Is there any Porwer-Up that will allow me to define this?

In the example bellow, for example, every card created should already apper with this form.

Easiest fix is to create a "template" card and then when you want to create a new card, just copy that card and it will carry over everything from the original.
