I want to create a generic board under our existing account that is accessed by my admin team. I would like one generic link that I can provide the staff to e-mail requests to the team, leaving the request/card unassigned until the admin person taking responsibility moves the card to their file. I see the generate card via email but it's for me and not a generic team.
Hi @Sandy Cabalka and welcome👋
Christl from SendBoard here - makers of the Email for Trello Power-Up. It sounds like our PowerUp might be a good option for you.
You'll have one email address per board that the PowerUp is added to - this is typically a shared email address like hello@example.com. Incoming emails create, unassigned, cards on your board. From where you can view the email, collaborate with your team, continue with your Trello workflow, and then respond to the email from the Trello card.
Check out this video for a quick overview: Email for Trello Demo
You're welcome to pop over any questions to hello@sendboard.com or simply add the PowerUp to give it a try with the free trial.
Hope that helps!
Hi @Sandy Cabalka and welcome!
Blue Cat Forms is a 3rd party Trello power-up that creates cards on the board based on the fields you add to the form. Any user is able to complete a Blue Cat Form and once they submit, an unassigned card is created.
The best part is Forms is free if you have under 25 submissions per month and it works with regular fields as well as with Custom fields.
