Copying Checklists to Multiple Cards

Sarah Mylcraine January 7, 2019

I have a board with a list of 80+ cards. I have multiple checklists on one card, but I forgot to add one. I added it to 1 of my cards, now is there a way I can copy all checklists from this 1 card to the other 80 cards automatically without going through each card and copying the checklist individually?

@Sarah Mylcraine you could do this with the API. Butler bot could do this like:

for each card add checklist "Forgotten Checklist"

but if you're not already a butler bot user you won't be able to get access to it.

The same code in Trellinator would look like this:

Trellinator is a free open source Google apps Script library for automating Trello:

Hey @Sarah Mylcraine

We don't have a bulk action for that currently, that is something that would be have to done individually I'm afraid. Although I'll let the team know that something you'd like to see.

Thanks!
