Copy pasting format from Gmail to the Board

Hi Guys, 

I'm wondering if there were any changes because before I can copy paste Gmail to the board and retain it's format. Right now, I can do this on the sent items but not on the replies, the format is somewhat scattered and I have to adjust them line by line.

thanks for reaching out! Toni here to give you a hand.

Do you wnat to copy in the description or as a comment? You can redesign the content with MArkdown. Otherwise go to Share and there is an email addres that will make you popoup your email as comment in the card, when resending the email to that address or including it in the loop. I am using it and works super good.
