Coping cards to different boards and lists

I have a main card on a board.  I will update that card with new info, attachments, images, etc as I receive it.  I also need to copy this card to different lists on same board and onto different boards.  However, I copy the original card before I have all the info.  If I add information and/or make changes after I copy the main card, how do I ensure the copied cards have all the updates?

@Cathy Rouleau you need to sync your changes which isn't natively supported but you can use different methods:

You could also look at services like Zapier, which will extract the particular field or action and add that info over.
