Connecting All Boards Under New Business Account

Hello!  Our team has boards that were started by individual team members.  Is it possible to get all of our boards under one account, as we transition to to Trello Business? Also, can all of these boards talk to each other and can all boards be rolled up into one calendar?  Thank you!

Trello boards don't really belong to accounts (unless you're using Enterprise). Boards belong to workspaces. Workspaces can either be free or paid (Business Class). Boards also have members, and those members can be administrators. Workspaces have members, and those members can be administrators. It is possible that:

 - A member of your workspace creates a board that is not in your workspace, then adds other members of your workspace to it

 - A board exists in your workspace that you are not a member of

 - A board exists in your workspace that you are a member of, but not an admin of

If you have a Business Class workspace, then you can remove boards from your workspace that you are not a member of.

Probably the closest thing to doing what you mean would be:

1) Ensuring all those boards belong to your Business Class workspace

2) Ensuring an administrator from your workspace is also administrator of each of those boards

3) If a board was created by someone who no longer works there and you can't get admin rights all you need to do is copy the board and leave the original

Depends on your definition of "Talk". Trello boards don't inherently interact but you can move cards between them, link cards between them, and create automations that do the same.

There are powerups like Planyway and Placker that do good cross-board visualisation and reporting, as well as Trello's own Business Class views which you can read about here:

It is absolutely possible, there are actually several ways so you get to have fun choosing :)

You can search the Power-Ups menu for 'Sync' or 'Mirror' but I suggest Zapier or Unito, depending on how many people are in your organization and how deep/customizable you want the integrations to be. The former is great to delegate/automate while the ladder is great to communicate so there is a lot to think about before making a choice.
