Hello everyone,
I am trying to create a project management system. It should look like this. For each project (approx. 30+) a board is created which contains the work in detail. (Lists incl. checklists etc.) The work is divided into steps 1 till 10. Furthermore, I would like to have an overview in which all projects are included as a card. If a checklist, e.g. step 1, is fulfilled, I would like the card with the project in its checklist (points 1-10) to be ticked off in point 1 in my overview board.
Could someone tell me whether this is possible and if so, how I can best realise this. Thank you very much in advance.
Hello!
Welcome to the community!
I want to make sure I fully understand your idea. Are you looking for a completely automated solution? You can certainly create a board for each project manually, including lists and checklists as needed. Additionally, you can summarize everything in a single card using the description and utilize checklists to track the tasks you’ve completed or are currently working on.
Kind Regards

Hi
Thanks for the answer.
So the idea is that we have a board which we can display on a screen. On this board there are only cards that represent individual projects and the cards should only have a location and a checklist consisting of about 10 points.
The exact project details are then defined in a separate board. There we then have 10 sub-items (lists) starting with the application and ending with the completion of the documentation. Each of these points has various tasks that need to be completed. As soon as a list has been completed, we would like to mark this (in colour or otherwise) and this should then be automatically ticked off on the main page in the checklist 1-10.
The idea is that we can follow the status of the individual projects from the work preparation via the main screen, but each worker has the possibility to work through the work steps in detail in his board.
