Comment partager le lien d'un tableau à grande échelle sans que le tableau soit en public ?

Bonjour, je galère, je cherche à partager à grande échelle un lien trello pour que mes collaborateurs puissent avoir accès facilement à un model de tableau que j'ai crée sans que ce soit en public sur tout google . 

Je voudrais que mes collaborateurs puissent être en mode consultation du tableau pour qu'ils puissent le copier / coller dans leur espece de travail personnel . 

Je suis en version prénium.
