Goodmorning, i have a question about the collaborator limit for free workspaces. There are 9 members, but still we can no longer use our workspace. How could that be? And how can we fix it?

I suggest you refer to this article about the collaborator limit.
As it says, a collaborator is anyone who’s been invited to a board in your Workspace or the Workspace itself, so that's not limited to your 9 members only. If you have more people interfering with your board but are not board members, you still may reach the limit.
The collaborator limit applies to the entire Workspace, so while there may be fewer than 10 members on the board that you're a member of within that Workspace, there may still be more boards in the Workspace with more members. If that's the case, the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or upgrade the Workspace.

The admin for the Workspace can check that on the Workspace members page. To find out who the Workspace admin is, click on the "Share" button in the top right corner of a board, and then look for the "Workspace admin" label underneath the user's name:
