Hi,

I am just new to using Trello.  I  need advice please?

Currently, we have 17 users in one workspace. With the new update of limiting 10 members/ collaborators per workspace,  is it possible to create another workspace and divide the 17 users into two groups?

Welcome to the community @Juli Ann Kalaw !

Generally, for more than 10 collaborators, the subscription will be needed. However, if the new workspace had 7 collaborators, it would remain on the free plan.

Thank you Nikola,

Is it possible to move users from workspace 1 to workspace 2 and their current cards?

Not a problem. And sadly, no this is not possible to do.

@Juli Ann Kalaw Yes, you can move cards to a board in another Workspace by following the steps here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/moving-cards-or-lists/

You'll need to add those users to the destination board before you move the cards; otherwise the members won't remain on the cards when you move them over.
