I recently upgraded to a Standard subscription to support the number of colleagues using Trello in my company.
Your charges schedule states this subscription covers unlimited members and boards.
However - I have been charged a fortune for the 2 boards I manage - 6 members on one board and 15 on the other board.
Can these charges be reviewed please, and could you suggest a more cost effective and transparent solution.
Id really like a refund as well, once you can advise how to best tailor my plan.

Trello charges extra based on the number of members of your workspace or if you have guests that are on more than two boards on the paid workspace, you can check more details on the link below
