Changes in tasks don't get saved in Trello

Pavel Klimes May 31, 2017

We are having trouble with saving changes in tasks in Trello - although it looks that the change has been made and saved, sometime the old information or due dates re-appears.
Under each individual board (our project) we have tasks to do that are connected to Google Calendar. Upon editing a task (existing or a new one) we select "change due date" and "save" - when we check the board, it's saved correctly (text and due date). When we check the Google Calendar we see the task is still with old due date and the change didn't propagate. When we return back to Trello, we see that the changes are reverted.
This is behavior is not deterministic. Sometimes it's ok, sometime it's not.
If such situation happens we have to keep repeating to save (1-3x) until it is really saved. We can't rely on the system.
Today it happened that a correctly saved task from the morning reverted back in the evening. Very frustrating especially if you need to manage project based on this info.
There is a faint pattern that it seems that this happens more if we edit existing tasks rather than when we create new ones (e.g. there is a task that we edit and change the due date, because it's easier than to create a new task). But as I mentioned earlier it's not deterministic.
Please could you help?
Trello is essential for us, but this is obviously a big problem.
We use WIN10 with latest version of Chrome and since we travel a lot, we have the same situation on different networks.
Thank you.

Would you mind reaching out to trello.com/contact, with screenshots that show the issue as well as your account details and a board link? This way, we can take a closer look.

Thanks!

Hi Torben, I submitted the issue to trello.com/contact with additional info as suggested. Although am not sure if the screenshot would be of any help, since the issue is not "visible by eye".

Thx!

Pavel
