Hi Claudio,
Welcome to the community,
Do you still have access to your previous Trello account? Logged on your phone or browser? If you do, you can log in and invite a new account (you have to create an account with your correct email) as admin of the boards.
In case you don't have the account logged. You can try to log in by getting the correct email and password. - For security reasons, we don't have the tools to change the email address on behalf of the user. So sorry for that, but it is for your safety.
I'm hoping that you can log in. Let me know how it goes, we have some steps to take after inviting your new account.
I will let you some articles, that will help you invite the new email. You can choose one way to go.

The security measures are mostly because we don't ask for any ID to sign in, making the signing process quicker and easier, the downside is that in cases like yours, we aren't able to confirm you're the owner of it, even tho I believe you're asking from a good place, this doesn't change the fact that a malicious user could create the same request.
I hate to be the bearer of this news, but if you don't have the account logged the only way to regain access to it would be to restore the mailbox to reset the password and regain access. You could reach your email admin and ask then to make your old email an alias for your new one, this will guarantee you receive emails send to your old address on your current mailbox being able to reset your password.
I hope this helps.
