We have some boards created by an employee that has now left the team that we would now want to administer.
This person created the boards and was the only admin for them.
I am a site and org admin for the Confluence, Jira, Trello account.
How would I go about taking admin rights for the affected boards or just deleting them as they don't contain content we need?
Thanks in advance, Matteo
@balancell-matteo If you're an administrative member of a business class workspace then you can remove the boards from the workspace, however board permissions are separate from workspace permissions. If you want to "take over" those boards, you can just copy the board and then leave the old one, then you will never have to see it again, but it won't be deleted. Or if they don't contain content you need just leave the boards and remove them from your workspace using business class (you can upgrade if you're not already on business class in that workspace).
Hi @Iain Dooley Thanks for the info, we have subscriptions to Confluence and Jira but are not on 'Business class' for trello as we are using it quite basically at the moment. Is there no way to remove the boards without being in business class? If not, I can do the 14 day trial just to remove them.
