Card Templates

I can't seem to find a topic on this issue anywhere, so here goes:

Is there a way to disable creating custom cards on a specific list/board?
What I'm trying to make sure is that all cards on the board in question are made from a template.


The template I've created fits the workflow perfectly, has preset checklists, assignees to each item on the list, responsible parties for the card/task itself etc.
What keeps happening is cards are being created from scratch and are almost always missing one or more of the elements that the template has.

And yes, I know, this should be a short discussion with my team, but it keeps happening accidentally regardless of our talks; so I figured removing the possibility of creating any card other than a card from a template would solve the issue.

Custom field definitions is held at the board level. All cards on the board will have the custom fields at the back of the card.
