Cannot log into Trello account

I am new to Trello, so may not describe things correctly, but here goes:

I have a Premium account with a number of workspaces.   I invited a colleague of mine to work on a project in one of the workspaces.    He logs into his account and it does not show any boards.   It looks like this and has a URL of https://trello.com/jeffeastwood2/boards

 

In my account it shows 2 boards and looks like this:

The URL that shows for this is:  https://trello.com/jeffeastwood

I have no idea what we are doing wrong.   Can anyone help me?

@Marcy Burke Trello has been down so that could be the problem. Last I heard they're expecting to be back up soon, and at the moment I think my boards are working, so you might want to try again and see if you still have this issue! You can check status and see when Trello is down here: https://trello.status.atlassian.com/
