When you prioritize items on different cards, is there a way to automatically populate a single to-do list with these items? Thanks!
Hi @Devon Heroux ! The way to go would be to use Butler to automate this for you. Do you use a custom field or label to mark cards that are high priority? Also, do you want the cards to copy to this list, or move?
Depending on what you want, the Butler rule would read something like:
"When the dropdown custom field "Priority" is set to "High", move the card to the "Priority Items" list."
That’s brilliant, thank you @Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows! I created this command:
”When a red label is added to a card, copy the card to list “To Do.”
The bot is there but it doesn’t seem to be working. Do you have any thoughts?

@Devon Heroux are you using the old butler bot where you create rules in a separate application? Since Trello acquired Butler, it's now an inbuilt feature in all Trello boards. Try creating the rule with the new version - it should look like this:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Definitely. You set a trigger based on when the custom field is set or collect all cards and move them a list.
