Can you set cards in an 'open' Trello board to private?

I have set up a team board in Trello to enable us all, and my manager, to have visibility on our workload however I do not want all the comments in my cards to be visible to everyone. Is there a way to set some cards to be private? I don't mind people being able to see the main title of the card, just not the details within...

A feature like that is not available right now. Trello is all about a single shared perspective for all users and having different permissions on cards on a board would work against that concept.
