Can you label a card to show which list it originated from?

I have many lists, which all involve identically named cards (because the projects all have the same 8 steps). If I move one of the cards to "Doing" or "Done," for example, I can't tell which list it originated from and thus don't know which project it belongs to. (If I have 10 lists, then I have 10 cards named "Research" and so on.) Is there some way to show on a card which list it originated from?

Gu @Christie Petrone you may consider using tags to be able to determine which projects the cards belong to originally:
