Not at the moment, but we have some exciting changes coming that should help out with visualizing tasks in your projects soon. We have a good blog post on that here: https://blog.trello.com/future-of-trello
For now, your best bet for color-coding would be to apply labels to tasks within a particular project. When you combine that with our Calendar Power-Up, you can get a good visualization of how your tasks are oriented.
