Can you drag and drop attachments from Trello into Facebook/other platforms?

I have uploaded several images from my computer to a shared Trello board. The other users would find it really useful to drag the images out of the Trello board, directly into Facebook/Outlook/desktop. Is this possible?

 

Having to save/download each image is a little time consuming :)

I am on a Mac and I tell you how I am solving this issue.

I have installed a free little tool called "Magnet" that appears on the screen's left side into which I can drop images - either from a browser or desktop. From there I can move it where ever I want to. This skips the step to save it manually.
