Can you automate a card's due date to be *tomorrow* at a certain time?

Can't find the option. For example, if I wanted a card to be set to tomorrow at 9am if the post title contained a certain phrase.

Yes, you can create a rule that looks something like this:

Also note that it might set the card to 9am EST. If you're not in that timezone, changing your timezone settings might resolve this, or you could just set the time in your rule to suit your timezone
