Can you Drag and Drop Real Estate Listings into a Board

Larry Rampenthal August 1, 2019

I would like to know how to import a listing into the board.
Please look at this:
I need to either import from a blog post but preferably from the listing that appears on this site.
Can it be done? dragged and dropped?
Here are the listings:

Or from the blog... but this is after we have already added the listing manually.

Thanks,

Larry

Hi Larry,

There are a few different ways to import data into Trello.

Directly working with the realty site only, you could use the 'print' button on each individual listing to save it to your computer as a PDF, and then save each PDF to a card as an attachment. This will allow you to click on the card attachment to view the PDF inside of the Trello window, but it won't necessarily bring all the data about the property into your card description. You might want to copy and paste that if you need to see it in more detail on the card front.

Outside of the reality website, if you’re working with the real estate data in a spreadsheet program (like Excel) or a word processor (like Word), you can copy and paste your information directly into Trello to bulk-create cards. Each new line will be a new card.

If you’re comfortable working with an API, our API allows for full programatic data imports. The best starting point for our API is our API documentation, available here:
https://developers.trello.com/

Finally, you might want to check out Zapier. It’s a third-party service that connects apps together, and has several integrations for Trello: https://info.trello.com/power-ups/zapier

Hope this helps!
