Can we set up a card on a list and share the individual card via a link to someone who is not a member to our boards?
We are a kitchen and bathroom installations multi team working for a national company. We already successfully use Trello to share information within our installation teams. due to current pandemic we are having to supply photos, heath and safety forms etc to prove that we are being compliant with the companies new guidelines. we would like to create a template card with a checklist for the installer to complete and add to.
Hi @Lisa_Michaud - welcome to this wonderful community
you can invite people as guest to your board -> see this article in documentation
What is also a great answer is the solution mentioned here.
Sharing only a single card is not possible - what you maybe can do is synchronize the card on another board where only this card is available and invite the installer to this single card board. A great Power up is Unito to sync cards between boards.
@Lisa_Michaud there might be a way to achieve the outcome you're after, can you elaborate a bit more on how the checklist template relates to the supply of photos and health and safety forms?
